Compference19

General Guidelines

Take your place on stage at the only modern compensation event. Compference is the industry leading event that in 2018, brought together 500+ HR leaders, business leaders, and compensation professionals for 2 full days of discussing all things comp and the future of HR. We’re looking for HR or comp subject matter experts as well as business leaders to share their insights and best practices to inspire Compference19 attendees. If selected, you’ll work with the PayScale team to refine your presentation talents and will receive a complimentary pass to Compference19, September 26-27 at the Hilton Minneapolis in Minneapolis, MN!

At Compference18, speakers presented on a variety of topics including subjects straight from the headlines, product specific trainings, pay transparency revelations, and equity and ownership guidance. We facilitated breakout sessions for specific industries including nonprofits, healthcare, education, and tech. We had something for everyone. Check out last year’s presentations here.

This year we’re looking for speakers for:

  • Breakout Sessions
  • Presentations
  • Hands-on Training
  • Big Ideas
  • Stories of Leadership

Successful Submissions

Due to the significant number of submissions we receive each year, not every submission can be selected. Strong speaker submissions feature:

  • Clear focus on attendees of a specific role
    • Who would benefit the most from your presentation?
    • What proficiency level is required to easily digest your presentation?
  • Unique or non-obvious application of a PayScale product
  • Engaging, inspiring, and fun delivery

Important Dates
